At CW, we’re passionate about finding innovative solutions to help our clients achieve efficiency and safety in their manufacturing processes. When Omega Chemicals approached us with a request to program a Siemens PLC for their acid bottle filling line, we knew we could help.
Working closely with Omega Chemicals’ team, we designed, developed, and installed the new PLC and accompanying software. Our solution provided precise control over filling levels, increasing efficiency and reducing waste and downtime. But our work didn’t stop there.
We also integrated safety devices into the system and programmed the PLC to provide feedback in the event of device operations. This meant that if a safety device was activated, the operator would know exactly which device had been activated, increasing safety and reducing the risk of accidents or damage to machinery.
The end result was a reliable, efficient, and safe acid bottle filling line that gave Omega Chemicals greater flexibility over their operations. Our team provided training and support to help Omega Chemicals’ staff learn how to operate and maintain the new system, ensuring its continued success.
